The new healthy eating plan, which states the best times to have your breakfast, lunch and evening meal, is actually wrong – according to other experts.
Healthy eating reports have detailed which times on the clock is best to eat but other experts say these claims are rubbish and claim to have a better solution.
The counter expert said today: “The best time to eat anything is when you are hungry.
Part of being a human being is to refuel our bodies through food. We’ve been doing this since time began.
The only clock we need is when our stomachs are rumbling. If those so-called healthy eating experts need any reminding whatsoever of what times are the best to eat just ask a fucking caveman.
It’s very simple and there are only three steps to remember that haven’t changed: belly makes a rumbling noise, man rubs belly, then man eats a fish supper.”
