Miracle Mum Hailed for Confronting Burned Dinner Ordeal

Exactly one year to the day, mum Rose, a 44-year-old mother-of-three from Lancashire in England, burned two cottage pies she bought from a nearby Iceland store.

The distraught mother recently completed a full year of therapy to overcome her ordeal and today the happy mum plans to inspire more mothers to come forward if they too have gone through a similar ordeal.

She told Dafty News from the inside of a heated oven: “It’s not the end of the world and no-one will judge you. If you smell any kind of burning coming from your oven you must act immediately and seek professional help.”

The mum will celebrate her one full year in the cooking wilderness with her husband and three kids.

Asked if she will be attempting to make two cottage pies from Iceland to celebrate, she replied: “No way, we are getting a take-away in. I’m not completely ready to face Iceland’s cottage pies again.”
